Conference
The Tatra National Park has organised an opening conference titled „Home of Nature, People’s Park- the Sustainable Use of the Tatras Ecosystems through Ecological Eucation” on 2 June 2015. The conference founded by EEA brought together many representatives of the State Forests, National Parks, education and local authorities in the Nature Centre. The speakers touched on the subjects connected with the non-formal environmental education, modern educational programmes as well as unconventional and creative teaching methods. They told about assumptions of the project, aims and particular stages of the rebuilding. The first operations connected with rebuilding of the Centre started in September. Completing the project is planned for April 2016.
